Absolutely! We will be more than happy to attach a free greeting card with your personalized message. If you send us your business card in advance we can attach it also. Q: What days of the week does the Appetizer store deliver ? The Appetizer store delivers Monday through Saturdays in Arizona and Tuesday through Saturday nationwide. Q: If my order is being delivered in Arizona how far in advance do I need to place my order?In most cases your appetizers will be delivered the next day. In some cases it may be possible for the same day delivery.Q: If my order is being delivered outside of Arizona how far in advance do I need to place my order? If you order Friday, Saturday or Sunday we can ship your Appetizers to arrive  Tuesday or Wednesday. If you order on Early Monday morning, we will attemp to ship your appetizers on Monday to arrive by Tuesday or Wednesday. If we can not ship your order out on Monday, we will ship your order out on Tuesday to arrive on Wednesday or Thursday If you order Tuesday morning, we will attemp to ship your appetizers to arrive on Wednesday or Thursday. If we can not ship your order out on Tuesday, we will ship your appetizers on Wednesday to arrive on Thursday or Friday If you order early Wednesday morning, we will attemp to ship your appetizers to arrive on Thursday or Friday. If you order late on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday we will ship out your order on Monday. However if you need the order for the weekend please let us know.If you order late on Wednesday and wish for a delivery by Saturday, we can ship your order out on Thursday to arrive on Friday or Saturday. However we will need to pass along a Fedex Saturday shipping charge of $16.50 If you order early Thursday morning, we will attemp to ship your appetizers to arrive on Friday or Saturday. However we will need to pass along a Fedex Saturday delivery charge of $16.50 However if we can not ship your appetizers out on Thursday, we will ship your order Priority nextday via Fedex on Friday to arrive on Saturday for an additional charge of $49.95If you place an order on Friday for a Saturday delivery, we will ship out your appetizers Priority nextday via Fedex for an additional charge of $49.95 Q: Can you accommodate any special delivery request? Yes we can! Please call us and we will do our very best to fulfill your request. (866) 998-8856 Q: Are there any restrictions on where I can have my order delivered to? We deliver to both residential & business addresses. In addition we cannot ship to a Post Office box. If you ship to a home address please try to have someone available when your package is delivered. If no one is home when your appetizers arrives, they will leave the package at the door of the recipient. If Fedex feels that it is unsafe to leave the package then it is your responsibility to pick it up @ Fedex or to arrange for another delivery. Once you receive the shipment please place it into your freezer. If you are not sure you can be home to receive the package, may we suggest you send it to a business address or perhaps a friend or relative who would be available to accept the delivery. Q: How will my order be shipped? We ship exclusively FEDEX. Your order will be packed with dry ice and shipped in an insulated cooler. Q: What are the costs for shipping and handling? Cost of shipping your order is FREE when you order any (3) three trays or more. If you order only 1 tray we will add on a shipping cost of $29.95 total. If you order any 2 trays total we will add on a $17.50 shipping charge to your total. If you are shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, please call us with the zip code for shipping cost. Q: When will my order arrive? We will try to ship your package within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will then send you an email notifying you of when your product shipped and your FEDEX tracking number. RETURN POLICY If you provide us with the wrong shipping address we will not be responsible for the product. If the package is delivered on time and either you or the gift recipient is unavailable to receive the package we will not be responsible for the product. The only returns accepted are those of shipping damage or spoiled product upon delivery. You must notify us within three (3) days. We will then determine what type of refund we can give you.
