I was a little worried because we have always prepared all fresh appetizers. I think you must have know that because you called and offered the best way to prepare and we did it the way you suggested, and they were absolutely delicious my client and her guest loved them!!! Hi Bob - You were totally right!  The apps you chose for us were perfect & everybody was entertained just by having such a great assortment to sample!  I had no trouble with heating them - 400 degrees for 18-22 minutes on parchment paper (much better than foil) - easy peasy!  I ended up freezing a few of each item so we can have a quick go-to solution for any impromptu guests. Thank you for providing such a great service for those of us who struggle with our culinary skills (ha!) & simply just taking the pressure off when there's not a lot of time for preparation.  And for our Christmas get-together, we will definitely be back Sincerely Melanie McCune
