Our Salmon Pinwheel Collection is rolled with premium open-fire Oak Smoked Scottish Salmon, each variety combined with a prefect balance of flavors and fresh ingredients resting on rounds of sweet dark rye.  The Salmon Pinwheel varieties include an equal selection of each of the following:

Whipped spinach mousse garnished with red pepper and dill cream cheese.

Tangy horseradish mousse with asparagus and stone ground mustard.
         
Smoked Salmon laced dill cream cheese topped with a medley of red, orange and black caviar.

Place in your refridge to defrost 8 hours before your party. Do not re-freeze a thawed product.
