A farm-raised, mini lobster tail marinated in a coconut batter, rolled in coconut flakes on a 6" skewer. (.75 oz. each)

Cooking instructions From frozen, bake at 375 degrees for 12-16 minutes or deep fry at 300-325 degrees for 6-8 minutes or until golden brown. Best if blanched off in the fryer for color and finish in the oven. Cooking times vary based on deep fryer or oven. Do not microwave.
