Classically French, this combination of chicken, cream, Portobello mushroom, Pinot Grigio, bacon crumbles, celery and shallots is seasoned with garlic, parsley, thyme and bay leaf. Then nestle in a triangular shaped puff pastry.

Bake in a pre heated conventional oven at 400 degrees until golden brown.
