Our newest flavored goat cheese quiche in a hand made shell will be setting the standards for all quiches. I love my quiches but this one with goat cheese is my new favorite....Bob.

You can bake these from frozen or defrosted at 350 degrees in a convection oven for 10-16 minutes or at 400 degrees in a conventional oven. I prefer to bake from defrosted which will give your quiche shell nicer color.
