Lamb mixed with mild curry and spices, and raisins for a touch of sweetness. Rolled onto a lollipop stick and crusted with a pistachio crust.

Can be baked in a conventional oven at 400 degrees for 15 -22 minutes or fried.

To be safe, make sure all meat, poultry and seafood items are cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
