These fun mini burgers (1.5 inches round) are topped with caramelized onions and gorgonzola cheese. Cooking Suggestion:
Thaw burgers in refrigerator. Cover with aluminum foil and bake the mini burgers in a 300°F pre-heated oven for 8 to 12 minutes or internal temperature reaches 165°F prior to serving.
For a fast midnight snack place in microwave until fully heated (20-30 seconds). Do not overcook.
