Cooking instructions From frozen, deep fry at 350 degrees for 4-6 minutes or until golden brown. For baking brush melted butter directly on your baking pan, do not use parchment paper. Then place your crab cakes on top of the melted butter and bake. If you would like, you can brush some melted butter on top of the crab cakes. Bake at 400 degrees in a conventional oven or 375 in a convection oven. Cooking times vary based on your deep fryer or oven.
